Role OverviewAs the Executive Team Leader HR, you will lead a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders, championing change, removing roadblocks, and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure equitable experiences, strengthen inclusion acumen, and promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
What You Will Do
Your typical day will include leading and creating a service culture, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, driving total store sales, and planning, leading, and following up on organizational and operational change.

Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
