Role OverviewAs an Executive Team Leader Human Resources, you will lead a team of HR experts and team leaders, championing change, proactively removing roadblocks, and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will spend most of your time with the team and on the sales floor, being a consultant to your peers and seeing first-hand how you can continuously propel the business forward.

Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
