Role OverviewThe Executive Vice President / Chief Strategy Officer will conceptualize and formulate strategic initiatives to further the credit union's mission. The role involves strategy development, resource allocation, and execution to ensure growth and profitability. The position will also perform primary market research, market intelligence gathering, and market forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
Develops and executes the credit union's strategic plan, processes, and capabilities. Leads activities related to new product development, merger and acquisition opportunities, and data mining. Gives presentations to suggest new business strategies and review ongoing initiatives.
