Requirements
- Ten years prior I/DD operations experience
- At least 5 years leading and executing organizational and programmatic strategies, staff operations
- Master’s degree in human services or business-related fields
- Strong regulatory knowledge of federal and state Medicaid Rules and Regulations
- Exemplary skills in organizational culture and project management
