The Executive Vice President (EVP) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic initiatives, driving scalable growth, fostering innovation, ensuring community impact, and driving financial wellness for our employees and our members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
10+ years of credit union or other financial institution experience
10+ years of progressive management experience
Extensive executive leadership experience in the financial services industry (required)
Valid Arizona driver license
