Role OverviewThe Expedite Shipment Coordinator will work independently to prioritize tasks, generate and review shipping documents, and resolve freight service delays. They will be responsible for providing accurate shipment status updates, tracking live shipments, and communicating effectively in high-pressure conditions. This role is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 12:00PM-8:00PM.

The Expedite Shipment Coordinator will accurately generate and review shipping documents, proactively resolve freight service delays, provide complete and accurate shipment status updates, track live shipments, and effectively compile information for internal and external communications.

Requirements
- Accustomed to independent work with the ability to prioritize tasks while remaining organized
- Consistently complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort in operating multiple computer applications
- Demonstrate professional etiquette through verbal and written communications
