Expeditor - Part Time

Join our team at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a prestigious, full-service, AAA Four Diamond resort, and help us deliver an unparalleled guest experience. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and exceptional plated menu items while maintaining a sense of urgency in the execution of the expo line and fast-efficient clearing of tabletops throughout the restaurant.

What You Will Do

Deliver all required Service Accents to the guest, maintain a neat and clean work environment, transport and polish clean wares, and communicate directly with the culinary and management team. You will also be responsible for listening to and resolving customer complaints, processing service responsibilities, and performing other duties as assigned.

This role requires a passionate individual with high school or equivalent required, one year or more of service assistance experience in a fine dining outlet, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to read, write, and speak in English, and have the ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel, and general public.
