Role OverviewThe Experience Improvement Advisor will support improvement project timelines, project logistics, and process deliverables to ensure workgroup efficiency and compliance with project deadlines. This role will play an integral part in HCAHPS improvement projects, logistics management, progress analysis, and accountability.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include carrying out and coordinating assigned initiatives and projects, working on project logistics, supporting surveillance opportunities, producing work products, and providing reports as scheduled or requested.
