Job Description
PIMCO is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in providing high-level administrative support to our Co-Chief Operating Officer and other senior executives. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, and strong business awareness to help leaders operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and highly complex environment.

Requirements

  • 10 years of progressive administrative support experience
  • 5 years of supporting C-suite or equivalent senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree considered with equivalent experience
  • Executive presence with a high degree of professionalism, credibility, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Strong business awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadlinedriven, and high-pressure environment
