Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion, greet service customers, manage inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and communicate service timelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer or 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager, with proven customer service and sales/up-selling skills, strong communication, organization, and follow-through, and comfort with computers and dealership service systems.
