Role Overview

The Service Technician is a skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing all types of automotive problems. You'll be the heart of the service department, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and safely.

What You Will Do

Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, conduct thorough inspections, prepare repair plans, and document all repairs and parts used on service orders. Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs, and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Technician/Mechanic or automotive repair experience required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician or related automotive repair experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications is a strong plus
  • Mercedes-Benz OEM certification preferred
