Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced baker to join our team. You will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of skills and take on various responsibilities as a member of our tight-knit team.
What You Will Do
Preparing all needed materials and ingredients, mixing dough, producing filling, managing fermentation, scaling, shaping, piping, decorating and baking.

Requirements
- Experienced in baking professionally in a commercial setting (restaurant, retail, or bakery)
- Experience with independently producing pastries is a must
- San Diego Food Handlers certificate (or obtain one by your first day)
