Requirements
- Associate's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
- 4+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive case management skills
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings
