Our key growth practice areas include Commercial Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, Corporate Law and M&A, Labor & Employment Counseling, Tax, and Cybersecurity & Data Privacy.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- Proven ability to develop and retain clients
- Portable book of business (or track record of originating business) of $200,000 or more annually
