Experienced Carrier Sales and Operations

As an experienced Carrier Sales and Operations Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and developing strong business relationships with service providers to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. You will work within Redwood Multimodal, one of our entities, and leverage your knowledge of the transportation industry to build and maintain strategic carrier profiles.

What You Will Do

You will actively engage carrier partners, negotiate freight rates, coordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipment, and provide service and support to motor carriers to build the business relationship. You will also track and monitor shipments, verify freight charges, and resolve payables discrepancies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success in a Carrier Sales position within the logistics industry
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
