Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Embryologist to join a fertility clinic in Newport Beach, California. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and laboratory colleagues to deliver high-quality embryology services and excellent patient care.
What You Will Do
The role includes oocyte assessment, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo biopsy, vitrification and warming, cryostorage management, and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory
- Strong competency across the full range of embryology procedures, including embryo biopsy and cryopreservation
- Current American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) certification, such as Embryology Laboratory Scientist (ELS), or eligibility for certification
- Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
