Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lead technician in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will not only excel in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance but also have the capability to manage and execute equipment replacements from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and other commercial HVAC equipment, execute equipment replacements, and provide guidance and support to junior technicians.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 5 years as a lead technician
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Proven ability to perform equipment replacements independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
