Job Description
We are seeking an experienced cook with a passion for providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Requirements

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to recipes, production standards, plating guides, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, presentation standards, and timing.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas, equipment, reach-ins, walk-ins, shelves, cutting boards, and prep tables.
  • Support training and development of culinary colleagues when needed.
