Role OverviewProvide accurate and efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers in a professional and accommodating manner. Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customers are exceeded.
What You Will Do
Diagnose wear conditions, make recommendations to customers, complete repairs within capabilities, and follow safety guidelines. Have extensive knowledge of products and services, and understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
