Role OverviewDungarvin is hosting a Virtual Hiring Event for experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interested in joining their Santa Rosa Day Program. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a consistent weekday schedule.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead life-skills activities, teach and reinforce skills that promote independence, provide personal care, and support community outings and volunteer activities.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience providing direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill development
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van
- Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Dependable, adaptable, engaged, and comfortable taking initiative
