Role OverviewAs an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.
What You Will Do
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment, respond to resident maintenance requests, complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
