Role OverviewBanyan Living is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.
What You Will Do
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment, respond to resident maintenance requests, complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances, and maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certifications preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
