What You Will Do
Operate, set up, clean, and support food production and packaging equipment. Perform production tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently. Monitor equipment, materials, product flow, and finished product quality.

Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work safely around production machinery
- Ability to follow written procedures, quality requirements, and production instructions
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to changing priorities
- Willingness and ability to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities
- Constructive attitude and ability to work effectively with different personalities
- Ability to accept feedback, learn from mistakes, and improve
- Willingness to cross-train and help others learn
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for a 10-hour shift
- Ability to safely access, operate, adjust, and clean production equipment throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years old
