Role OverviewThe Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking Experienced System Operators to be located in Seattle, WA. This position will have initial training in Seattle, WA at Boeing Field, followed by a Long-Term Assignment for 2/3 years to Zhoushan, China. Primary responsibility will be to conduct operational systems checks and production flights on newly manufactured or completed 737 airplanes in Seattle, WA and Zhoushan, China.
What You Will Do
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to Boeing, plan and conduct production and acceptance test flights, perform systems checks on the ground and in-flight on newly manufactured or completed airplanes, research and confirm airplane configuration and status, prepare and maintain aircraft flight test and systems procedures, and demonstrate to the customer that the aircraft meets production standards prior to delivery.

Requirements

- Experience with turbine-powered aircraft
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restriction
- FAA second class medical
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to large teams
