This role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for Dealers while maintaining the integrity of gaming operations and promoting a positive team environment.
What You Will Do
Supervises Dealers, maintains bank floats, trains and coaches Dealers, collaborates with other gaming areas, verifies credit issuance, monitors significant play activity, resolves guest disputes, and attends supervisory meetings.
