What You Will Do
Lead daily kiosk operations, engage with shoppers, explain Jackson Hewitt's services, prepare and review individual tax returns, and coach team members on customer service.

Requirements
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual tax returns
- Passion for engaging with passing Walmart shoppers
- Availability for required schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to obtain your PTIN number from the IRS
- Previous tax office experience, retail sales, customer acquisition
- Excellent computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in customer relations, customer service
