Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of verifiable experience in painting jobs (residential or buildings).
  • Solid knowledge in Surface preparation (sanding, sanding, cleaning).
  • Types of paint (latex, enamels, varnishes, sealers).
  • Brush, roller, and pistol application techniques
  • Safe use of tools and equipment.
  • Active entrepreneurship in painting or related to the position.
  • Ease to explain and teach.
  • Delivering classes in Spanish.
  • Adequate equipment for virtual classes: good internet connection, microphone, camera, and suitable workspace.
