Job Description
Become part of an iconic brand that is driven by a focus on delivering the perfect Primanti Experience. We are looking for an Expo to work during busy periods, coordinating with the kitchen and service department to ensure quality product is going out at all times.

Requirements

  • Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu.
  • Coordinates checks sold from the Kitchen, garnishes food per spec, provides direct & clear communication with Kitchen.
  • Possesses enhanced attention to detail characteristics.
  • Communicates errors or remakes of dishes efficiently.
  • Ensures food from the Expo area is quickly taken to each table or the Bar area.
  • Restocks Expo area and prepares supplies for shift change and/or closing shifts.
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout shift.
  • Completes the opening, shift change, and closing checklists found in multi-colored wall units as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
  • Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
