Job Description
The Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance (CSI) is seeking a self-motivated, solutions-driven temporary Human Resources Generalist 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering human resources services for the agency, including performance management, job description creation and classification, recruitment, coaching, employee relations, career planning and development, data analysis, and compensation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Three years of specialized human resources experience.
  • Knowledge of State HR systems, including SABHRS and SOMRS
  • Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI)
