Role OverviewThe Extended Learning Athletics Coach will be responsible for coaching and mentoring students in the middle school boys basketball team. The coach will work with students, staff, parents, and community members to create a positive team spirit. The coach will also be responsible for managing conflicts and remaining composed in high-pressure situations.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the coach will include coaching and mentoring students, managing conflicts, and interacting with parents and community members. The coach will also be responsible for maintaining certifications and clearances, such as First Aid and CPR.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Valid Driver's License and evidence of insurability
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Pre-placement physical (Group II)
