Role OverviewThe Crew Lead oversees the routine maintenance of exterior landscape accounts, ensuring the highest level of services are provided. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What You Will Do
Lead by example, provide in-field training, familiarize Crew Members with account maintenance, prioritize and plan work, and perform landscape maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of horticultural education or equivalent industry experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Knowledge of various types of common plants and ability to identify plants maintained by the Company
- Proper horticultural techniques, including pruning, watering, fertilizing, and insect and disease control
- Experience using standard landscape equipment and tools properly and safely
- Current pesticide application license (Commercial Operators License) is preferred
