Role OverviewWest Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company seeking an Installer to perform safe and effective installations of replacement windows and exterior doors. This full-time role is based in Mechanicsburg, PA, with a Monday-Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM.
What You Will Do
Load materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, remove existing window/door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, replace trim, clean up thoroughly, and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse.

Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
