Role OverviewDevelop and implement an annual external engagement, marketing, and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals. Serve as the steward of the She Built This City brand and maintain consistent messaging, visual identity, and organizational voice.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage an annual content strategy, create compelling written, visual, and digital content, manage social media platforms, and coordinate photography, videography, and content collection efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, community engagement, nonprofit communications, or related work
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communications strategies
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong storytelling and content development abilities
- Experience managing social media and digital communications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
