Job Description
A publicly traded global company is seeking a Manager, SEC Reporting to join their team, responsible for leading the end-to-end SEC financial reporting process and serving as a key participant in Disclosure Committee meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm experience required)
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and disclosure requirements
