Role OverviewThe External Supply Chain Program Manager will own the escalation architecture for our external supply chain businesses globally, end to end: governance, automation, standards alignment, and continuous improvement. This role will be the connective tissue between detection signals and investigation action.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the global escalation matrix for external supply chain loss events, governing and continuously improving routing logic, driving false positive reduction, and activating and maintaining the Blue-Flag process.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
