Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

- Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
