Job Description
The Extrusion Puller performs tasks such as determining material type and quantity needed for each order, verifying correct material, and verifying extrusions are free of cosmetic defects.

Requirements

  • Follow all start up procedures at the start of shift.
  • Use order tracking software to accurately process orders.
  • Have working knowledge of cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, finishing and de-burring machines.
  • Quality control orders with high precision to guarantee 80/20's standards.
  • Attend meetings when required and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Contribute daily feedback to appropriate staff members when appropriate.
  • Follow proper shutdown and cleanup procedures at the end of each shift.
  • Navigate on a computer in a timely manner to complete orders in appropriate software applications.
  • Interact and problem solve with team members on issues related to Extrusion Pulling and order completion.
  • All additional duties as needed.
