At Syneos Health, we thrive on challenge, and our fast-paced environment keeps you engaged and inspired. The Eye Care Educator is designed to educate Eye Care Professionals on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year BA/BS degree is required.
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
