Job Description
The Eye Care Educator is responsible for educating and inspiring Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). The role involves leading and empowering ECPs, impactful training, and collaborating with Oncology Account Managers and the Medical team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year BA/BS degree is required.
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments
