Job Description
We are seeking an Eye Care Educator to provide critical support to educate and inspire Eye Care Professionals on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. The role will involve leading and empowering Eye Care Professionals, delivering impactful training, and collaborating for clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year BA/BS degree is required.
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
