The Eye Care Educator role is designed to educate and inspire Eye Care Professionals on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. The role involves leading and empowering Eye Care Professionals, delivering impactful training, and collaborating for clarity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, and advanced communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills
  • Collaborative Expertise
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments
