Job Description
The Eye Care Educator is responsible for educating and inspiring Eye Care Professionals on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) and their associated importance for patients. The role involves leading and empowering Eye Care Professionals, delivering impactful training, and collaborating with Oncology Account Managers and the Medical team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians
  • Advanced Communication Skills
  • Collaborative Expertise
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials
