Job Description
The Eye Care Educator role at Syneos Health involves educating Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients with Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma and communicating results to patients and Hematology/Oncology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: 4-year BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education
  • Alternatively, 1-3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
