The Eye Care Educator is designed to provide critical support to educate & inspire Eye Care Professionals (ECP) on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year BA/BS degree is required.
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
