Job Description
The Eye Care Educator is a critical role at Syneos Health, providing education and training to Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. The role requires a strong background in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with experience in oncology or specialized medical education. The successful candidate will lead and empower Eye Care Professionals, deliver impactful training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication of product-related information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians
  • Advanced Communication Skills

  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials
