Job Description
The Eye Care Educator role is designed to educate and inspire Eye Care Professionals on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills to explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Expertise to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments.
  • Specialty pharmacy/payer experience is preferred.
  • CRN, NPs, PAs with eye care experience is highly preferred.
