Job Description
We are seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate and inspire Eye Care Professionals on the critical role they play in caring for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. The role will involve providing critical support to educate and empower Health Care Professionals to effectively carry out eye exams and communicate results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year BA/BS degree is required.
  • 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
  • Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments
