Role OverviewLead a team responsible for design, development, integration, and performance of the Crew Stations, Oxygen Systems, and Escape Systems on the F-15 Eagle and F-18 Super Hornet. Manage and develop employees performing engineering and technical activities. Provide technical management and lead process improvements.
What You Will Do
Manage and develop employees, provide technical management, oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes. Identify training requirements, assure opportunities are available to support the team's development, and help the team execute project and process plans.

This position requires leadership experience, technical expertise, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley, MO, and may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 9+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s or 7+ years of work-related experience with Masters or 4+ years with a PhD
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering related role
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft design/analysis role
- 1 year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
