Role OverviewResponsible for depot-level modification, upgrade, and test of aircraft sub-systems, ensuring airworthiness. Inspect, test, modify, and repair avionic and electrical systems/sub-systems. Examples include radar, radio, navigation, and aircraft power systems/sub-systems.
What You Will Do
Modifies, upgrades, inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs aircraft avionic and electrical systems, such as aircraft installed radar, radio, navigation, and power systems using hand tools and test equipment.

Must meet one of the following requirements: A Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience in avionics or electro-environmental maintenance, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of related experience in avionics or electro-environmental maintenance, or High School Diploma plus 8 years of related experience in avionics or electro-environmental maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience in avionics or electro-environmental maintenance
- Associate's degree plus 4 years of related experience in avionics or electro-environmental maintenance
- High School Diploma plus 8 years of related experience in avionics or electro-environmental maintenance
- F-16 experience is strongly preferred, but other fighter jet experience may be considered
- F-16 Electrical & Environmental (E&E) experience is strongly preferred
- At least a 7 Skill Level or equivalent is preferred
- 5th generation aircraft experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite skills are preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required. In order to obtain a Secret Clearance, US Citizenship is required
