Role OverviewResponsible for depot-level modification, upgrade, and test of aircraft sub-systems, ensuring airworthiness. Inspects, tests, modifies, and repairs avionic and electrical systems, such as radar, radio, navigation, and aircraft power systems.
What You Will Do
Modifies, upgrades, inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs aircraft avionic and electrical systems. Inspects components for defects, tests systems under simulated or actual operating conditions, and adjusts or replaces defective components.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must meet one of the following requirements: A Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience, an Associate's degree plus 4 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma plus 8 years of related experience. F-16 experience is strongly preferred, but other fighter jet experience may be considered.
